I started JonWest in 2021 with a clear vision: to help organizations create workplaces that truly work, and are beautiful at the same time.

With a background as an engineer and experience on both the client side (at Volvo Group) and as a consultant, I view a workplace project very much as a data driven project. Based on data and insight from employees, we can design offices that match activities and professions in the specific case.

My focus has always been on functionality: workplaces should support the work at hand, not get in the way of it.

My main passion and speciality is activity based working - layouts, change and project management.
